About MyBloodThinner.org

Launched in May 2006, MyBloodThinner.org is a project of SOS Rx, a medication safety coalition convened in 2004 by the National Consumers League (www.nclnet.org) with support from Express Scripts as founding sponsor.

SOS Rx (www.sosrx.org) is a collaborative coalition that includes participation by more than 80 consumer and patient safety organizations, physician, pharmacist, caregiver, and employer groups, and the government. The Coalition’s purpose is to make the outpatient use of medications safer, especially for senior citizens. The Coalition is dedicated to promoting outpatient medication safety. Our voice is national, our actions evidence-based, and our initial focus on senior citizens.
